The installer is digitally signed. Some antivirus tools still warn on software they haven't seen many times - that's a reputation check on download volume, not a malware verdict. Here's how to check it yourself:

Verify the file is authentic by checking its SHA-256 hash against the one shown above: certutil -hashfile EvolveOptimizer-Setup.exe SHA256

Run the installer and follow the setup wizard.
Activate
Open Evolve Optimizer and enter your license key - or continue on the Free Tier without one.
Optimize
Browse the categories, pick what you need, and apply. Auto-updates are built in.
