Getting Started

What is Evolve Performance?

Evolve Performance is a professional PC optimization service that delivers hardware-specific Windows, GPU, driver, and BIOS tuning for competitive gaming. Unlike generic optimizer tools that apply the same settings to every PC, Evolve creates custom optimization profiles based on your exact CPU, motherboard, RAM, and GPU - including GPU register tuning (200+ NVIDIA or 300+ AMD values), storage and NVMe optimization, USB power management, input device tuning, and per-game config optimization. Higher tiers include custom driver tuning for mouse, keyboard, USB, and PCI devices, plus custom RAM timings. Optimizations are delivered through the Evolve Optimizer desktop app, with BIOS tuning handled by our team via Discord. A reduced-scope Free Tier is also available at no charge for anyone who wants to try it before upgrading.

Is there a free version?

Yes. The Evolve Optimizer includes a Free Tier you can use without buying a plan - no payment or card required. It applies safe, commodity optimizations: a free app and utility pack, Windows privacy and bloat cleanup, basic network latency tweaks, the hidden high-performance power plan, and a clean GPU driver install with DDU. What it does not include is the deep, hardware-specific work that makes the paid plans worth it - no per-game profiles, no GPU register or kernel-level tuning, no BIOS optimization, and no 1-on-1 support. It is a genuine way to feel the difference before deciding to upgrade. Download the app and the Free Tier is available right away.

How do I receive my optimizations?

After purchase, download the Evolve Optimizer app and activate it with your license key. Windows optimizations are delivered instantly through the app with one-click application. For BIOS packages, a Discord ticket is created automatically where our team delivers your custom BIOS profile within 12-24 hours, tailored to your specific motherboard and hardware.

Which Windows version should I use, and do I need to reinstall?

Evolve works on both Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit), but you get the best and most consistent results on a clean install. The app includes a built-in Setup Guide that walks you through the entire process step by step: flashing your BIOS, building a clean Windows ISO (we recommend a specific debloated build that the app can download and assemble for you), creating a bootable USB with Rufus, installing offline, and disabling background updates. A reinstall is not strictly required to use Evolve, but it clears out accumulated bloat and gives the optimizations the cleanest possible starting point. Important: activate Windows before running Evolve, because optimization disables the Windows licensing services and activation will not work afterward.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Evolve?

No. The Evolve Optimizer app applies Windows optimizations with one click and includes a guided Setup Guide that walks you through everything, including a clean Windows install if you want one. For BIOS tuning, our team handles the hard part - you just share your hardware specs and we deliver a custom profile with step-by-step flashing instructions. The process is designed to be straightforward even if you have never touched BIOS settings before.

Performance & Results

Why is my game stuttering and how can Evolve fix it?

Game stuttering is usually caused by high DPC latency, background services consuming resources, unoptimized power plans, poor timer resolution, untuned GPU registers, or BIOS settings that throttle performance. Evolve fixes these root causes by tuning hundreds of GPU register values, optimizing storage and NVMe latency, stripping USB power management, tuning DPC latency, disabling unnecessary services, optimizing interrupt affinity, and configuring power plans for maximum performance. The Hyper tier goes further by tuning system-level drivers for your mouse, keyboard, and USB controllers. Most users see stuttering eliminated completely after optimization.

How much FPS improvement can I expect?

Users typically see 30-55% higher average FPS and significantly smoother frame times (1% and 0.1% lows). CPU-sensitive titles like Valorant, CS2, and Fortnite benefit the most. On top hardware, we achieve DPC latency as low as 2-5 microseconds and 99.9% frame time consistency. The actual improvement depends on your hardware, current configuration, and which games you play. Systems that have never been optimized see the biggest gains.

What is DPC latency and why does it matter?

DPC (Deferred Procedure Call) latency measures how quickly your system processes hardware interrupts - including input from your mouse, keyboard, and GPU frames. High DPC latency causes micro-stutters, input lag, and inconsistent frame times even on powerful hardware. Stock Windows often has DPC latency of 100-500+ microseconds. After Evolve optimization, most systems achieve 2-15 microseconds, which translates to noticeably smoother gameplay and more responsive input.

How to boost FPS without buying new hardware?

The biggest FPS gains come from optimizing what you already have. Debloating Windows removes background resource drain, power plan tuning ensures your CPU runs at peak performance, DPC latency optimization reduces frame delivery delays, and BIOS tuning unlocks your hardware's full potential. Evolve Performance handles all of this with hardware-specific profiles. Many users gain performance equivalent to a hardware upgrade purely from software and BIOS optimization.

Is Evolve better than free optimizers like Razer Cortex?

Free optimizers like Razer Cortex, Game Mode, and similar tools apply generic, one-size-fits-all settings. Evolve writes hundreds of GPU-specific register values, tunes system-level drivers for input devices, tunes NVMe and storage latency, strips USB power management, pins interrupts to optimal cores, and applies kernel-level DPC and scheduler tuning that generic tools cannot access. We also handle clean driver installs via DDU, per-game config optimization, and BIOS-level tuning for your exact hardware. The difference is measurable: generic tools typically provide 5-10% improvement, while Evolve delivers 30-55% gains.

Does Evolve work with Valorant, CS2, Fortnite, and other games?

Yes. Evolve optimizations are system-level, meaning every game benefits. CPU-bound competitive titles see the biggest improvements: Valorant, CS2, Fortnite, Apex Legends, Overwatch 2, League of Legends, Rust, Escape from Tarkov, and Marvel Rivals all benefit significantly. Open-world and GPU-heavy games like Cyberpunk, Hogwarts Legacy, and Call of Duty also see smoother frame times and reduced stuttering.

Safety & Anti-Cheat

Will I get banned?

No. Evolve only changes Windows settings, drivers, and firmware - it never modifies game files, never injects into memory, and never interacts with anti-cheat. Kernel-level anti-cheats including Vanguard (Valorant), Ricochet (Call of Duty), FACEIT, Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, and VAC do not flag any of the changes we make. Nothing we do automates or alters what happens inside the game itself.

Is PC optimization safe? Can it damage my system?

Windows optimizations are safe and reversible. The Evolve Optimizer applies changes that can be rolled back. For BIOS tuning, we work within safe voltage and timing parameters for your specific hardware - we never push components beyond manufacturer specifications. We recommend creating a system restore point and backing up your data before any optimization, which is standard practice for any system changes.

What happens to Windows Defender and Windows Update?

To apply and keep its optimizations, Evolve disables Windows Defender and pauses Windows Update by default. Defender flags some of our registry and service changes as threats - these are false positives - and re-enabling it can quietly revert optimizations back to stock. Windows Update behaves the same way: it re-enables services, resets tweaks, and reinstalls bloatware. Both stay fully under your control. You can re-enable Defender at any time from the app's App Scripts section, and you can toggle Windows Update back on whenever you want to install one, then turn it off again. During the initial optimization you can also choose to keep Defender, the Microsoft Store, or Xbox if you prefer.

Is everything reversible?

Almost everything, yes. The app keeps a backup of every change and can roll it back or re-apply it in a couple of clicks. Services have a one-click Restore Stock that returns them to Windows defaults, GPU tweaks have a disable button, and a Restore Features panel re-enables Defender, the Store, Xbox, printing, and Windows Update. BIOS changes are reverted with a CMOS reset. The few things that are not script-reversible are driver swaps and a small number of removed Windows components, which is why we recommend a system restore point before you start. Because the app re-applies everything itself, you are never dependent on us to redo your setup after a reinstall.

BIOS & Hardware

What does BIOS optimization do for gaming?

BIOS optimization tunes your CPU power delivery, memory timings, voltage settings, and power management at the firmware level. This means your CPU boosts higher and more consistently, your RAM operates at optimal timings for your specific kit, and power delivery is configured for sustained gaming loads rather than default conservative settings. BIOS tuning is especially impactful for AMD Ryzen and Intel 12th-14th gen processors where memory and power settings significantly affect gaming performance.

What if I change my hardware or update my BIOS later?

Your Windows-side optimizations live in the app, so after a new GPU, a Windows reinstall, or a settings change you just re-run the relevant section and it re-applies automatically. BIOS is the one exception: your BIOS profile is hand-tuned once for the exact CPU, motherboard, and RAM identified on your order. If you later swap one of those components or flash a BIOS firmware update, the old profile no longer fits, and a fresh tune for the new configuration is a separate purchase rather than part of your original order. We are working toward making BIOS tuning more automatic over time.

Plans, Payment & Support

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), Apple Pay, and Google Pay through our payment provider Creem. We also accept cryptocurrency payments (BTC, ETH, USDT, and more) via NOWPayments with a 5% processing fee. All card transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital and customized nature of our services, sales are generally final. See our Terms of Service for full details on refunds and dispute resolution.

What support is included with my purchase?

Your purchase includes full setup support. We help you get everything installed, applied, and tuned for your exact hardware through your Discord ticket - that is the part people actually need a human for, and we are hands-on for it. After setup, the Evolve Optimizer is yours to keep: if you reinstall Windows, change a setting, or just want to start clean, you re-run the relevant section in the app and it re-applies automatically, so you are never stuck waiting on us. And if anything we delivered ever turns out faulty, open a ticket and we will make it right. One exception worth knowing up front: your BIOS profile is tuned once for the hardware you bought it for. If you later swap your CPU, motherboard, or RAM, or flash a BIOS firmware update, a fresh tune for that new setup is a separate purchase.

Can I move my license to another PC?

Your license key locks to one PC the first time you activate it, using a hardware ID generated from your CPU, motherboard, and storage. This stops a single key being shared across many machines. If you rebuild your PC, change core components, or want to move to a new system, that is completely fine - just open a ticket in Discord and we will reset the binding so you can activate on the new hardware. If your key will not activate, it is usually a typo (use /license-key in Discord to see your exact key), a key that is already bound to another PC, or too many failed attempts (5 failures triggers a 15-minute lockout).

How do I contact support?
