Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early Expiry: Digital Content and Services

For paid digital content supplied without a physical medium, withdrawal rights expire early only if the statutory conditions are met: performance has begun, you gave prior express consent to supply during the withdrawal period, you acknowledged that the right would be lost when performance begins, and we provided the required contract confirmation. Merely purchasing, installing software or accepting an EULA is not sufficient.

For a paid service performed by our personnel, such as an ordered guided setup or manual optimization, early expiry generally requires full performance, your prior express consent to beginning during the withdrawal period, and acknowledgment that the right expires on full performance. Starting a remote session or delivering software does not complete an unfinished service. If you withdraw after requesting an early start, proportionate payment for services already supplied is due only where the statutory conditions are met.

Mixed orders must be assessed by component. A digital-content acknowledgment does not automatically waive rights for an unfinished human service. Any required declarations must be obtained separately, and the required confirmation supplied on a durable medium. This notice does not deem a missing declaration or confirmation to have been given. Statutory rules under § 356 BGB and rights concerning defective or undelivered products or services remain unaffected.
